Although everything appears to be working fine, our data centre confirms they are still seeing some packet loss. Therefore you may still be experiencing issues. We don't have any further information at this time, but will update again when we have more news.

It would appear services have been restored, we've not had a confirmation or update from our data centre but what we have been tracking and can see ourselves appears promising. Will update again soon when we know more.

A number of our clients are experiencing issues with some of our services. We have no further information from our data centre at the this time but are in close conversation with them as they try to resolves the issues. Our apologies and we will update as soon as we know more.
